Not a ton...but I've gotten a pedicure and gone to Target. I went up to work for 6th grade graduation and was away for almost 8 hours--it was heaven! :) He's been better about taking him once he's home from work and checking in before he dashes off to the gym.

It depends on unemployment. With our budget, I know exactly what I need to contribute weekly based on DHs base pay. He has the ability for extra shifts but there could be three extra shifts one week and then none for the next month so we can't count on that. I've been looking for a PT gig since I've been on leave because my availability doesn't allow for FT unless there is the option for WFH or flex time, like my job does now. So we shall see.

  • @sweetpotato123 Sorry to hear about the little guy! Hope y'all go home soon!

@mseale They swaddled Reid constantly at the hospital. I can see where it would be a SIDS risk if they got out of the swaddle and/or if the blanket was in their face.

  • @mseale Our hospital swaddled but in our state daycares aren't allowed to. It can raise the babies body temperature which is a possible risk factor for SIDS.
