Heating/AC maintenance rec?
DH is being uber paranoid and wants to have someone service our heating unit before using the heat in our new house. Being that we're expecting a cold weekend, I'd rather get this done sooner rather than later. Does anyone have a company they would rec for their heating and ac unit servicing? Also, how much does an annual maintenance type thing like this cost?

I have been extremely happy with A1 Heating and Cooling. They do such a thorough job. And as for pricing.. sorry, I can't remember off the top of my head.

My Nest Bio and Cycling Advice
We use Cool Ray Heating and Air. They replaced our furnace when we bought our house two years ago. They have been good, just had one little incident where they deposited my check and they shouldn't have but they worked it all out. I pay like $150 ish a year and they come out and service the units twice a year (spring and fall) and we get a discount on parts/labor and service throughout the year. Not bad.
