Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

AW 2: Our porch variance has been approved
Sorry for being an AW twice in one day, but I couldn't resist since I've been talking about our porch for months! We had our meeting with the city board of adjustments tonight, and they approved our building variance! We will be able to build the porch we want.
It was a lengthy and expensive process and we are glad it's over! Now the building can begin.
