Where did you and DH meet?

This question is in honor of the day that DH and I met. I was six years ago today at work.

We met on Facebook, in a group for our college program. Our school was pretty small so a bunch of groups were created for each program so that we could add each other and become friends before class started. We met in person at school for a community veggie garden tour but our guide never showed.

ETA: we "met" 7 years ago in August.

Well...we first met when we were on the same soccer team in 3rd grade!

We met again on the first day of high school...we were dating by December of that year.

We "met" on an army chat room where he asked if anyone was in MD and we ended up on the the same post. We met at Walmart and he took me to a local diner the next night. Will be 6 years ago Aug 19th.

We met one night when I had gone out with some of my floor-mates to a frat party my freshman year of college. We'd partied, headed back to our dorm, then decided to head to Krystal at 4 am. Because it had been one of our huge football games, their lobby was still open. H was with my group. I added him on FB as soon as we said goodbye because I didn't think I'd remember his name in the morning! In October it will have been 9 years since we met.

We met out at a bar one night, my cousin introduced us. It was my sister's birthday, September will be 10 years!

Short version: we met at my workplace while we were both in college. I don't know an exact date (may have been 2006. Was definitely by early 2007) I just remember a time stamp roughly when we started talking outside of FYE.

We met on Match.com in November 2010. We talked on the phone for a couple weeks and had our first date a couple days before Thanksgiving. We've been inseparable ever since.

Through H's sisters. We were in the same sorority in college. We had an off again/on again friendship. We were not friendly at the end of college, but got back in touch a few years later. I'm not sure when I first met H. I went to their house a bunch of times and he was there. I "noticed" him in October of 2010. On Thanksgiving, one of H's sisters called and asked if I would date H. I said he was nice and would give it a shot. We started talking, went out 2 weeks later and have been together ever since.

We met in a hot tub. Lol! I was out and went to an after bar at a friend's house. We went in the hot tub and the roommate came home from his job as a bouncer and hopped in the hot tub at 3 am. The roommate was dh. We started dating like 8 months after that.
