Poconos with toddlers

Hi,
     My husband and I are visiting friends in the Poconos with our triplet (2.5 year old) toddlers...We are staying in a condo.  Any tips for must see activities?  Our friends are from Ohio, and we are from New England.  Thanks in advance!

    Bushkill falls & possibly camel beach, a water park but many of the rides are extreme & not suitable for toddlers but they do have a wave pool & lazy river.  Governor Pinchot's mansion may be an option if you like history.
