Who's working out?
I've been walking 5 days a week, and I did a 2 miles color run on Saturday. I've lost 4 lbs in the last month, 9 more until my first goal.
Monday I started the 21 day fix. So far (haha 2 days), I've been doing the videos. I'm sore EVERYWHERE, but I know that's good. Monday was total body cardio + abs, last night was upper fix, tonight is lower fix. I might also walk today (2.5 miles). The eating plan is pretty east, plenty to eat. But I'm seeing where I pick at everything at night (Eliza's food, crackers that are laying out...). It's definitely a learning experience.

Re: Work out Wednesday
I'm hoping to get back to the gym tomorrow. My mom is going to watch Aria two days a week so I'm hoping to get the gym those days plus the weekend. I'm super nervous to start working out again, but I really need to! On a good note, I'm only 7 lbs from my pre pregnancy weight.
I haven't been working out but I want to do this Inflatable 5k that is coming to our area. It looks so awesome. I am trying to get DH to do it with me. Has anyone done one of these?
