Re: TTC Check In
Any testing coming up? I stopped the OPKs because they were all negative with a very faint line and I felt like I was wasting my money. If I don't get AF by 7/7 or obviously O with a temp spike, I'll test. (That's 6 weeks after Mirena removal, which is how long the doc said it could take.) I leave for CA on 7/14, so I'd like to know before I go.
Anything good or bad happening? (TTC wise or just in life..) I think this cycle is going to be a bust, but I think DH is going to take it hard if it is. He's really looking forward to being a dad, and I've tried to temper his expectations by constantly reminding him that it can take healthy couples up to a year, but it doesn't seem to be getting through.
QOTW: What is one thing you've never done that you want to do before it's too late? Skydiving. It terrifies me, but I think it's one heck of an experience to have.

I ran out of OPKs this month before getting a positive. I like the pricy ones, so I figured we'd wing it this month and wait until next to buy more. This weekend is too early, then H is out of town the next and me the following week, so hopefully I can muster up the willpower to skip any early PG tests this month.
Nothing too exciting. Work is so busy right now! We have a big celebrity event tomorrow through Sunday, which is always full of highs and lows and lots of adrenaline.
I've been good to knock a lot of the big things off my bucket list. Now, I'd just like to start taking it a little easier and spend more time with friends and family.
Any testing coming up? No. OPKs next cycle!
Anything good or bad happening? (TTC wise or just in life..) We are putting down sticky laminate tile in the bathroom/kitchen Sunday and then next weekend painting and redoing some fixtures!
QOTW: What is one thing you've never done that you want to do before it's too late? Not to be lame but I have happily checked all of my non-family things off my list. The rest include travel and adventures with my children.

TTC #2 - Cycle 2 CD45
Any testing coming up?
Nope.
Anything good or bad happening? (TTC wise or just in life..)
I'm on day 3 of Provera to jumpstart a new cycle. I talked with my OB on Monday and the plan is to jumpstart my next cycle, test with OPKs. If I get an LH surge, get a progesterone blood test 5 days later to confirm if I O'd or not. If I don't get a surge or get a surge but no O, we'll jumpstart my next cycle and do a round of Clomid to see if that will get my ovaries started back up. I love that I don't have to wait a year again. That's making me feel a lot better and more optimistic about TTC #2.
QOTW: What is one thing you've never done that you want to do before it's too late?
I want to go to Europe. :-)
