  In honor of Father's Day, I'm thankful for my dad!  He is just the best guy ever (other than DH of course).

  I'm thankful for my mom's artistic talents...and the fact that she was patient enough to attempt to teach me how to crochet (even if it did fail miserably)

  I don't know if this picture will load properly or not.. I'm working on a Harry Potter themed quiet book for my friend who is having a baby. (She is a HUGE fan of the series) 

  I was trying to work on this particular piece for almost a few weeks now and was having no luck whatsoever. 

  My mom got it done in under a day after realizing that teaching me was going nowhere. She's seriously skilled.

  This week I'm thankful that my phone cal and possible job lead earlier this week went so well. I'm still trying not to get my hopes up too high, but it definitely eased some anxiety.

  Even though today is Friday, I am thankful for all the love that I have received for my birthday.  SO many calls, texts, and messages.  So many kids went out of their way to wish me a happy birthday at school, I felt like I was a celebrity.
