  Let's see....

  The air has been out in our office building all week.  Its been like 85 and humid as hell with no breeze.  I feel like I could snap at any moment.

  I'm back in the air cast. I was freed of it in February and then freed of my compression sock two weeks ago. Well, the bone isn't healing and they have to do more surgery next month (I didn't want to be on crutches/knee walker on vacation) but now the lack of compression sock means I've swelled up again and I think it must have shifted things because it has starting to hurt a lot in the last two weeks...so the doc said put the boot back on. Damn it. I do have to admit that it doesn't hurt like it did now that the foot isn't moving but it is 95* out and this boot is HOT and clunky!

  Tomorrow I complete my 20 hours of volunteering at the TN public library (I live in GA, so to get a card I have to volunteer 20 hours).  It means no more hour commute to TN and back (I'll still have my hour commute to work and back) AND it means I'll have access to their huge online library!  And since Luke works in TN I can put books on hold and have him pick them up for me!  The library is my little town is pitiful, so this is a MAJOR deal.

  I bruised my tailbone coming out of a concert last night....R&R&R (rest, relaxation and reading) for me.
