I'm between books. I think I will start The Same Sky by Amanda Eyre Ward on my lunch break today.

Last week, I finished Gone Girl. I was planning on starting Where Did You Go, Bernadette?, but one of the blog I read HIGHLY recommended 10% Happier by Dan Harris. He is a news anchor for ABC news and had a panic attack on air a few years ago. After the on air panic attack, he realized that he needed to get control of his mind back. The book is about how he found meditation and mindfulness.

His writing is incredibly honest, which I love. The very first line of the introduction is "the voice inside my head is an a**hole". That had me hooked, because the voice inside my head is also an a**hole!

I think that this book would be of interest to a lot of other people on this board who struggle with the same anxiety issues that I do. I haven't finished it (I'm 75% done), but I've highlighted so much of this book and it's really made me aware of how I can better deal with these thoughts.

I read the Secret Circle Part 2 and now I'm reading The Last Anniversary by Liane Moriarty. I'm going to the beach next week, so I have like 6 or 7 books to read on my Kindle!!
