I honestly think they had someone track me on my way to and from work one day and then they said, "Yes, we will work on all of those roads."  Does anyone else think they've been seeing copious amounts of roadwork lately?

    YES!

    They are currently working on every road I take on a regular basis to get into Hockessin. The next step is for me to go all the way over to Limestone Road, but I don't want to do that because I don't want them to start working on that one, too.

    I don't understand what takes then so long to repave a road. The one by me was turn up for a week before they repaved it. We were driving through another state and saw a road crew that had a line of trucks...one was tearing up road and it was followed by trucks doing repairs then another putting down new black top. Looked very efficient. I feel like deldot could save alot if money if they only did a few projects at a time!! They wouldn't need as many orange barrels. ;)
