Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Wednesday Wishes
I wish I could sleep better at night. I was already a light sleeper, but it seems it's gotten worse with being pregnant. Every little noise wakes me up and then it sometimes takes forever to get back to sleep.
I wish my work would get their sh*t together. I generally have different leaders for each shift. I've had the same leader maybe twice. And they are always contradicting each other. A few weeks ago I was given feedback to not score a certain answer but to defer it. Now today I'm being told I should score them instead of defer. Ugh!!!!!
