Do you ever take off your wedding and engagement rings? Does DH?

Sometimes I take them off when I am cooking if I will be getting my hands covered in dough. Or when I'm painting because I don't want to risk getting them covered in paint.

D usually takes his rings off at night or sometimes when he is working because he doesn't want to catch them on anything (he wears a wedding ring and a family crest ring I got him for Christmas last year).

I take mine off to shower, put on lotion, sleep, get in the ocean or the pool....I'm weird about it! I won't wear mine this week while at the beach except for when we go out to dinner.

H wears his all the time. He sometimes slips it off to play with it, but always puts it right back on. He lost it a few weeks ago because he's lost so much weight and we were making the bed and it flew off. It took him a week or so to find it.

I take mine off at night when I sleep. I worry about getting the large diamond caught in the sheets and losing it. Sometimes DH takes his off at night, sometimes he doesn't.

We both take ours off all the time, LOL. I take mine off at night, when I shower, any for any cooking or cleaning activity that would risk them getting gross or damaged. If I'm working out, I often wear my wedding ring but not my engagement ring, also because I don't want it getting damaged. H takes his off for the same things. And since we both take them off to sleep, if it's a weekend and we're just being lazy at home instead of going out, we sometimes won't bother putting them on when we get up.

I take my rings off when cooking, washing dishes, sleeping, cleaning, working out, etc. I think I only put them on when i leave the house to go to work, etc. On the weekends if i dont go anywhere they stay in the jewelry box.

Same goes for H, he wears his to work but at home since he is usually doing yard work or building something he rarely wears his.

We joke that we are only married when we are in public bc neither of us will consistently wear our rings!

If I'm home, my wedding band is off. I haven't been able to get my ering since last May (~5 months pregnant). I'm trying to see if losing weight gets it back on before I get it resized.

H does the same thing (off at home), but wants to get a black band tattoo /:) I think that's stupid.

I mostly take mine off to shower and sleep. Occasionally it'll come off if I'm doing chores and it's something I'm worried I'll lose it in. Or if I'm baking.

H has his off to sleep, shower, and when he does dishes.

I take mine off when putting on lotion and cooking/baking anything messy. H never really takes his off.

H only takes his off to shower or wash dishes. If he's doing manual labor or yard work he also takes his off. I rarely wear mine in the house. I take them off as soon as I get home from work. I can't sleep with them because they get very tight. I also don't shower with them or go to a pool or beach with them on.

I take mine off for sleeping and if I'm putting lotion on, I had such horrible luck in the beginning with mine because it has amethyst I it, they kept breaking so it was suggested to not wear it to sleep in case it snagged on the blankets.
H takes his off for sleeping. His ring can't be cut so he is afraid if his finger swells overnight he is going to lose a finger. He also takes it off to wash his hand or put on lotion.

Usually, if we're home our rings are off. I can't sleep in my rings because I've scratched my face with the diamonds in my sleep. Rings go on whenever we leave the house, though.

I almost near take my rings off. Really the only time I do is when I put lotion on. DH has to get his sized because it doesn't fit. For some reason it won't fit over his knuckle.

I've heard a lot of men have to get their ring enlarged to fit over their knuckle, but then it ends up being loose on their finger.
