It is $1.99 on Amazon and B&N right now.  If you haven't read this book, you should get right on it.   I loved this book so much! It is heartwarming and beautiful!

FYI- I cried like a BABY!!!

  • I own this book but I'm scared to read it because there's a dog. I don't want anything to happen to the dog.

I like to refer to this as the Marley and Me Conundrum. #neveragain

So. This book made me cry, but it was different than Marley and Me.

    Spoiler-ish things below.

While the inevitable may happen, I felt like it was handled in a very sweet way. It wasn't trying to devastate you. I was sad, and I cried, but it wasn't necessarily cruel or anything. I don't know, except to say that it was worth reading.
