Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I've been thinking about you all day, I hope today's appointment was nothing but positive news!

it was no news really. I didn't even meet with an actual nurse. She just went over my medical history, threw a bunch of information at me, had me get my blood drawn and a flu shot and that was it. I was going to ask if they would at least try to listen for the heartbeat, but like I said, I didn't meet with an actual nurse. So that's a bummer. Guess I sweat it out till next Friday.
and my arm is killing me. I still hate getting my blood drawn.
