  I've finally reached the exciting conclusion of Queen of Shadows, and I keep putting it down because it's too much to take in at once. I read 10 pages, then have to do something for awhile, then read 10 more, so on. *smh* I've become such a wuss.

  My last job was like this.

  I had a boss once who fell in love with Appletinis at a work party we went to and proceeded to make them and keep them in a big pitcher in the break room fridge at work for a couple of months afterward. We were somewhat disciplined in that we waited until about 4:30 to consume them. Thankfully we were all either on MARTA or lived within walking distance from work.

  My random is that I've started watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer for the first time ever. I picked up season 1 for a dollar at a FOL sale a while back, and with DH out of town I thought I'd start watching them. 17 years after they first aired, but eh, whatever.

  Yeah!!! If you have NetFlix or Amazon Prime, you can binge watch all the seasons.

  I had a rough week waiting on test results that could reflect on my fertility (results were what I expected/hoped for if I have to have a problem - low progesterone and I will need supplements in order to conceive).  Anyway, Luke decided to cheer me up by getting me a kitten!  His name is Pompom and he is the sweetest and cutest ever.

  Pom pom is adorable and I want to steal him so he can hang with Bailey all day.  They'd be best friends.  

  And also--I'm glad that you can conceive when/if you ever wanted to.  that's postive news, right?

  Your kitten is so cute, congratulations! My old job had beer Fridays, although we had a few super stars who would start before 3 so it was starting to go away.

  
  

  Keep watching Buffy on Netflix, apparently post season 1 it's really good. I do try to grab a few episodes on weekends.

  They're terrified.  Which is hilarious since he weighs less than a pound and a half.  Since he's so tiny we haven't let him play on the floor with them but they come in the bedroom at night when he's in bed with me and cower when he comes to the edge of the bed to try to sniff their noses.
