I neglected The Three for a few days to catch on up on some library books that are coming due.

I started and finished Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover.

I started Walk on Earth a Stranger by Rae Carson

I had a good weekend! We had a birthday party for Wes and went to a pumpkin festival.

I'm still working on Red Rising. I'm still not sure if I like it or not and I'm almost done, lol.

It was a nice weekend! Quiet which is what I needed. DH and I went out to dinner for our 10 year anniversary on Saturday.

I impulse read Art Before Breakfast by Danny Gregory yesterday (it's short and only took a few hours) and it was great! I also finished listening to Untwine by Edwige Danticat (very very good), finished Post-Traumatic Church Syndrome (also very good) and made progress on a horror anthology called The Monstrous. Oh and I started We Have Always Lived in the Castle on audio.

Aw thanks. I babysat for a friend on Friday night. The kids went to bed at 9:30 and they stayed out till 11:30, so I had some uninterrupted time. And then yesterday I did nothing but lay on the porch and read.

I finished 'The Silent Girls' by Eric Rickstad.

We went to the pumpkin patch on Sunday and relaxed for the rest of the weekend.

I read about 100 pages of Holly Madison's book. It is ok, but it is slow going and not as scandalous as I thought it would be

I read about 80 pages of The Raven Boys and I am more into it so I hope to finish that this week.

I neglected The Luckiest Girl Alive and I think it will be zapped from my kindle tonight so I probably wont go back to it.

We had the last warmish weekend so we did a lot of outdoor stuff we need to get done and had our last cook out yesterday.

I finally finished The Making of Home. It was a chore and reminded me of many of my grad school texts. Not bad, just dense.

I started The Martian and absolutely love it!

I was at an archivists conference on Friday and part of Saturday but it was here so I commuted in for it. I was exhausted at the end of it and basically veged and caught up on DVR stuff in addition to reading after the conference. Oh, and I made DH birthday dinner and pie.

I finished The Library at Mount Char. It was really good! It reminded me so much of American Gods, but I think I liked it better.

With that out of the way, I'm back to reading The Bronze Horseman (I keep taking breaks to read library books). I'm about 50% through it now and I'm addicted to it. I never want to put it down again.

I neglected listening to The Three. But I neglect my audio books every weekend, because I never have alone time in the car to listen.

We didn't do much this weekend at all. And it was lovely. We did go see The Martian movie. And I loved everything about it.
