Newbie !!!

Hi Ladies,

I am 25 and DH is 33 We have been ttc or about 4 yrs now and finally decided and could afford to get help. I have recently been diagnosed with servere ENDO and it has been very damaging to my reproductive area. I am told that I need to have a tubal ligation and ivf. My first thought was how would I get preggo with one tube. How could this be? The doc explained that if I did nothing that if I were to get IVF that the fluid in the bad tube would wash all sperm away. It has taken my 3 months to go through with the surgrey. I am teriiffied to proceed. but anything for my DH and our future children. I would like to know if anyone else has been throught this before? If so what was the outcome of the surgey and was this successful in your journey of ttc? How did you feel after the surgrey? Thanks in advance for your input.
