Re: Weekend Plans?
Friday- Homemade pizza night! Unless we take my aunt and uncle out to eat for helping H in the yard today
Saturday- H works, I have some closets to paint so just stuff around the house
Sunday- Not sure
Tomorrow I'm working while they look at wedding venues, and then we'll hang out somewhere.
Sunday they leave early and I am teaching 2 dive classes. Hooray for fun and money, boo that it is going to be in the 40s.
Friday- Work from home day and homemade pizza tonight (dough is rising right now). Picking up DD#2 early from day care so she can see DD#1 get off the school bus.. she was very well behaved this week so this is her "treat" for good behavior.
Saturday- Clean the house, groceries, errands. It's supposed to be rainy and cold so it'll be good to get some indoor stuff done.
Sunday- Meal prep, Bills game, hopefully relax
I actually have a pretty crazy weekend planned. I have a huge 2-night/3-day mystery shop at one of the hotels/casinos in Biloxi. I'll be reimbursed for all my expenses including the hotel stay, eating at all the restaurants, a spa visit, and (if applicable) gambling losses. There is a limit and guidelines on that last one, lol. It will be a lot of work, but should be fun. Plus, in addition to the expenses, I also get a hefty fee.
Friday -- working until 11:00, checking out kitchen cabinets for the new duplex, heading to Biloxi in the early afternoon. Some gambling, then dinner at their Italian restaurant, more gambling.
Saturday -- breakfast buffet, more gambling, lunch at the sports bar, spa appointment in the early evening for a 50 minute Swedish massage...aaahhhh am really looking forward to this! Then dinner at their 4-star restaurant. Looking forward to that also!
Sunday -- breakfast in the diner, then heading home. Crash out and relax, probably veg on the couch watching football.
Speaking of football, have to give a shout out to my Saints who won against the Falcons last night, woot! Everyone in town is in stunned (but happy) amazement, lol.
Tonight--getting chores and stuff done around the house so we can have the whole weekend off!
Saturday/Sunday--Saturday morning we are participating in a charity 5K, and afterwards we are going to head a couple hours out of town to the closest 'big town' to spend the night. This is what I call my 'honey weekend'. H spends all of September and a lot of October hunting, so he tries to treat me to some quality couple time afterwards. We are going to stay at a hotel (nothing fancy, but we did splurge on a room w/ a jetted tub because it was only $20 more), go to dinner, do a little shopping, and just relax and enjoy each other's company. I'm sooo looking forward to this!
We both work tomorrow. I'll do some yard clean up when I get home.
Sunday I think we're going to the pumpkin patch. Also grocery shopping and meal prep for the week. Nothing too exciting this weekend.
Tonight-More couponing! I have been able to get the 12.5lb bags of Iams dog food for about $2 a bag with coupons this week(Reg. price is 17.99)! I would like to stock my mom up for 6 months-a year. She has a lot of unpaid time off due to medical issues so this should help her out and only cost $53!
Saturday- I work my second job from 7--10am. Then we are heading to the pumpkin patch in the afternoon with the family. Then dinner with everyone. It is DD's first pumpkin patch and Halloween. We are pretty excited!
Sunday- Work at my second job same hours. Then watch football all day and get ready for the week. I want to do a meal plan for the week so there may also be some grocery shopping involved.
