  See your doctor anyway.  Why?? You need a good form of birth control.

  IF you are not crazy about hormonal methods, try a diaphragm or something else that is a barrier method.
  
  It is also possible to have your period while you are pregnant or to conceive during pregnancy. Get to a doc and get a medical opinion, an exam, a pregnancy test....and birth control. GL.

  Rule of thumb when it comes to pregnancy, if you are getting symptoms you can most likely turn a test positive, especially if using first morning urine. Your symptoms are also pms symptoms as well. It could be implantation spotting or something else. Some women do have spotting for a few days before their period becomes heavier too. I would wait 5 or 6 days, if you haven't gotten your period by then, test again with first morning urine.
