Monday again
It's Monday again. I took a vacation day because we went to a Detroit Lions game yesterday afternoon (I don't want to talk about how they are doing this year). Plus, I have extra days to take before the end of the year, so I figured why not. Then I can get some laundry, cleaning and homework done since we had a jam packed weekend. Plus I'm nesting a little bit too and rearranging our living room and whatnot.
T and I finally sat down and looked at our budget. We had been toying with the idea with me staying home with Elias for a year while I finish school. And we finally figured out that if we pay off both our cars, downgrade our cable and cell phone package, and start saving my paychecks, I'll be able to! YEAH! I am so excited!
It's so exciting but weird to refer to the baby by his name instead of Sweet Pea. We are so excited! I'm getting a little tired of people rolling their eyes when they find out how we came up with his name (Elias was Walt Disney's middle name, Alan is after my dad and T's brother). Oh well. He's our baby and we get to name him what we want.
Finally, I have to break the habit of sleeping on my back = (. So sleeping has been a chore and my sides and hips hurt. It's so hard too cause I wake up and I'm on my back. Gah.
Alright I'm done rambling. How as your guy's weekend and Monday going?

Went to the zoo today with P since he is on vacation this week. It was a great zoo day. Pretty empty and a nice cool fall day.

I spent most or my afternoon cleaning my kitchen. I am determined to have a nice clutter free house. I've all ready told DH we are painting the walls. I am so sick of white and all the dirt that can be seen on it.
i ended up doing two loads of laundry, putting dishes away that T washed over the weekend, rearranging our living room and doing a bunch of reading homework. Tomorrow I have to finish laundry, fold clothes, wash more dishes and start cleaning our office.
