Pregnancy Hormones
My MIL and a family friend have askd me two separate times if I have felt Elias move yet. When I tell them I haven't....they panicked and told me there was something wrong, why haven't I called the doctor about it and yada ya. Well, number one: it's my first one. I think I've felt something but it could have been me breathing or my heartbeat. It's not a big deal, I know it'll take me awhile to recognize that feeling. Plus, it's going to be something really light and subtle right now. Number two: my doctor did tell me at my last ultrasound that my placenta is in front so he's kicking that instead of me. Nothing to worry about. He's moving. I have video evidence of him stretching out and moving around on the ultrasound tech (which, turns out I do need another one in a few weeks because they couldn't get good pictures of his heart due to the way he was laying).
It just...gah...drives me crazy. Every women, every pregnancy is different. Hormones have me even crazier than usual. And it's only gonna make me crazier haha.
