  I have a friend who lives at home with her parents and is having a really hard time in general, so I had her come stay for a pampering weekend.  We watched movies and colored and slept in ridiculously late on Sunday.  Friday night Luke and I went to a Ben Folds concert that was absolutely amazing.  All of that to say, I neglected reading almost everything.

  
  

  I started a history of the Salem Witch trials and made it through about one chapter.  And I listened to The Unspeakable by Megan Daum while driving, but that's about it.

  I read nothing.
  
  We went bowling Saturday night with my brother and his fiancé. I haven't bowled in 6 years and I still broke 100!

  I read nothing all weekend. 

  We were busy.  Went to the comedy club with dh then met friends out for drinks afterwards.  Breakfast with the kids & my Mom on Saturday and then we got some errands done.  Bday party for my son at night.  Sunday shopping with friends then drinks with the girls at night.

  I finished Who Do You Love and I barely started Religion and the Decline of Magic.

  
  

  DH and I went down to Winston Salem on Saturday and had lunch with his sister any my friend from college and then we did some shopping, specifically Trader Joe's shopping. Oh, how I miss the TJ!

  I finished The Bat by Jo Nesbo, and this morning I finished Day Four. 
  
  I started The Secret Keeper by Kate Morton, too.  So far (about 10% in), it's not at all what I was expecting, and I'm pleasantly surprised.  The flowery cover made me expect kind of a flowery book, I guess.  This is one where I have no idea what it's going to be about, and I'm just going by NBC recommendations.
  
  We didn't do much at all on the weekend.  Some cleaning around the house, out for dinner Saturday, mall shopping and lunch out on Sunday.

  I read nothing. It was dd's birthday party Saturday so Friday was spent working and cleaning, Saturday cooking and partying, Sunday we took her to see the Peanuts and shopping.
