I'm going to start being active on this board to learn more about finances and i want to do better in 2016 with breaking some of my bad habits such as EATING OUT! I thought that since 2016 will be here in a few weeks , if everyone that is active would share there 2016 Budgets!

Welcome! You'll see a lot of budget posts, especially if someone is looking for help with their budget. This is my "streamlined" budget. Just my H and I, no kids.
Income: $4700 (roughly, it varies a bit and I estimated taxes subtracted for my non W-2 income)
Mortgage: 725 (includes insurances and property taxes)
Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC): $550, $50K balance (but pay $2500-$3000/month)
Cable/Internet: 100 (That just doubled from what I was paying...grrr)
Energy/Gas: 100 (This is about the highest it gets, some months are half this)
Water Bill/Garbage: 50
Car Insurance: 200 (it's super high in my area), no car payment
H and my Cell: 100
Food: 400
BofA CC: $50 minimum payment, $3800 balance, no interest until June 2016
Medication: 250 (But paid for with my HSA, already taken out of my income)
I don't include eating out or entertainment in that, but I don't do a lot of that and it varies, so I leave it off. Not recommended for people with tight budgets.
Right now, I just shovel the majority of my excess income to my HELOC. Though I'll shift that to paying off my one CC balance as I get closer to when they'll start charging me interest.
