Kindle Fire (1st generation) -- incompatible e-books?
I don't get on this board as much as I used to, so it's possible this is old news. Does anyone have a Kindle Fire (first generation)? I borrowed an e-book from my library and was surprised to learn that it's not compatible.... It's only four years old-- I know, not new by any means, but I guess I thought in this short of a time frame I'd at least be able to load all Kindle e-books on it. I don't even use it for apps-- my son just uses it for e-books.
I'm hoping I'm incorrect and there's a work around. Any advice?
Thanks.
