Guys. I am 28 weeks today and that means I am officially in the third trimester. The final stretch. had an appointment today and Elias is perfect. Mommy had to have her iron and glucose tested so hopefully that'll all be ok. My iron has always been a little low so if it drops Lower I'll have to be on separate iron pills.

I know. I told Tyler "9 weeks and I'll be considered full term." Pre-baby freak outness has set in. I suddenly feel so unprepared. i know I have some time. It's my type a personality coming out lol.

Amber... Your question on Facebook was a good one. I'm not sure why some people made it seem you were worrying too much or something. At the hospital and when for the first few months I tracked all of Abby's info with pen and paper before switching to iBaby and then Baby Daybook once she turned 2 when I needed it. I think it is good you want to be prepared.

Thank you. I really appreciate that. ive been looking at the apps that were suggested so I'm sure I'll find something that will work. And like I said, if I don't need it, I'll stop using it. It's just my personality to try to be as organized as possible and be prepared. I know, I gotta loosen up a little = ).

I just got my test results from today. I have this app where I can get them as soon as they were available. Glucose level was normal, iron levels dropped more. So we will see what the doctor said when they call me, if they do. I think they will put me on separate iron pills. I've had iron issues my entire life so I wasn't surprised.

As far as tracking goes. We only did it because the pediatrician (and the hospital before we checked out) wanted to know how many times he peed, pooped, and ate. In our case if he was nursing they wanted to know how long. By the end of two months we stopped tracking the diapers.

As for apps. We didn't use one. Just an old fashioned paper and pencil. Sometimes simple is best.

I didn't chime in on Facebook but I also used an app. I can't remember which one right now. But I'm thinking I need to download it or another again. Even if it is just for the first few months. It does make it so much easier at the doctor to be able to pull up the answer for all the eating, peeing and pooping questions.

And I completely understand how you are feeling. My 3rd trimester hit and the planner in me had to start getting everything prepared. Pre-registration at the hospital, ect. And her clothes have been washed and put away since I was about 36 weeks along. The only thing we haven't done is install the carseat but that's on my list to do today.

Yeah, I'm going to be that way in a week too. I have so much stuff I am looking forward to doing.
