@MrsC7 - my official (NS) take on Red Queen
Is exactly the same as you've heard from everyone else. LOL! It was meh. The characters are one-dimensional and kind of cliche, there's a love triangle that is very confusing and off-putting, and the world-building is essentially just a Throne of Glass/Grisha Series mash-up.
If you haven't read Throne of Glass, start that one (just power through the first book, it gets INFINITELY better after that), or the Grisha series was pretty good. An Ember in the Ashes is another first-book-out-in-a-series that I really liked a lot, though the storyline is very similar to those other two.
Also, your tweet to me was literally the first one I've gotten in about 3 years. I couldn't even remember my Twitter password. LOL!
