Where are you at in your TTC journey? As noted in PP, had another RE appointment last week. Very interesting to get various opinions on what different docs feel is the most important thing to address. Last week's doc I completely agree with, but it means more appointments (including with high risk OB/perinatologist). :P This Friday I am meeting with a woman who actually did international IVF. I have mixed feelings about that, but I'm open to hearing about her journey.

Any testing coming up? I had a lab draw for carrier testing (genetics - Recombine) last week at RE appointment. Nothing else for now.

Anything good or bad happening? (TTC wise or just in life..) Not much new... This coming weekend will be the first off for H and I together in a couple of months, so it will be super nice to have some time to reconnect.

QOTW: Vacation plans this Spring or Summer? We're heading to Grand Canyon for a camping/field trip for one of H's classes this semester in April. It's funny because we always "talk" about camping, but we've been together for 6 years and have never actually camped together. Should be interesting. In the summer, we're hoping to visit OR for a long weekend and scout out where we are hoping to move to next year once we get the baby stuff figured out.

Then, in August, we're planning a trip to Hawaii (Kauai) as a graduation gift for H.

If you don't mind, and maybe you explained in previous post but I missed it? What does international IVF mean exactly? You have to travel to a different country? What are the benefits?

@HoneyBee973 I have heard of others doing international IVF (Czech Republic). It can be significantly cheaper than IVF here in the US. I'm sure there are other benefits, but that is the main one I know of.

Anything good or bad happening? (TTC wise or just in life..). Hopefully I will get CH tomorrow. If that's the case, then this is the earliest I have ever ovulated!

QOTW: Vacation plans this Spring or Summer? H and I want to go camping at least once a month. We are leaving in about 2 weeks to go home (to GA) to visit for a week, and I'm so excited. I have a family reunion in FL in the middle of May. I think that is everything I have planned so far!

@futuremrswright2012 I really hope all of these appointments give you the options and opportunities you need to find the right fit and plan for you moving forward. Also, Hawaii is amazing. Just saying. ;-)

Where are you at in your TTC journey?
CD11 in month 8 of TTC2.0.

Started the PCOS diet 2 weeks ago and started Pregnitude (PCOS supplement) on Monday. Last time I did the diet, my body regulated immediately. So we're hoping for the best. I'm just trying anything and everything because we'll likely not visit an RE to get pregnant.

Just OPK's for now. Had some good CM today, so that's giving me hope.

My dad is in the hospital right now because of his heart disease. So it's been pretty emotional around here. We've had too many deaths in the family over the past 2 years and I told him to quit his smoking BS because I can't handle another death right now.
QOTW: Vacation plans this Spring or Summer?

Memorial day weekend we will head to Ohio to spend the weekend with our friends. Then in August we'll do 8 days at the Lake. Sun, boat, skiing, and constantly in the water. Yes please. We love the lake!

@HoneyBee973 .. Like GABride already addressed, it seems the biggest benefit for international IVF is the cost (insanely cheaper). I'm just not sure about other countries' regulations, laws, etc. Either way, I'm open to at least hearing more.

@brij2006 .. Thanks for the positive vibes! I'm really hoping HI works out! We went to Kauai for my graduation and have been looking forward to making it back one day.

Sending positive thoughts and hugs your way about your dad. I hope he's able to see that the changes you are requesting of him are for his health and happiness and to be able to see his little grandbaby grow up! ❤️

I'm late to this but my restart appointment is now scheduled for May 17. It'll be a 4-6 month process before we do FET, but it's a start!

Any testing coming up? I'll start OPKs tomorrow. I have so many that I was gifted.

Anything good or bad happening? (TTC wise or just in life..) AF came earlier than anticipated after the last round of Provera. (6 days this time vs. 10 days last time). At least it worked. I know I should have my fingers crossed that my body will get its act together...but I don't. My inner pessimist has taken over with this process. Non-TTC wise things are ok. DH got another job where he won't have to work 80 hours a week. He will actually be home!

QOTW: Vacation plans this Spring or Summer? Nope. Spring and summer are DH's busy time, regardless of where he works.

Yes, but I don't plan to be at that time. We've gone strong for 8 months now, but it's starting to seriously slow down. And, teeth. OMG

Yay @ILoveRedVino! I hope to hear exciting updates in the coming year. *BR* I'm pretty certain we're one and done. Little guy is awesome and I'm ready to be off the 3T roller coaster forever. We're not sure enough to do anything permanent just yet but I'm seriously considering getting an IUD.

lol DD has had teeth since 5.5 months. Luckily, she hasn't bit down or anything yet.

We will be beginning our difficult journey this September. Hoping for a 2018 baby and open to IVF and IUI options depending how difficult the doctors deem my case next year.
