  I am 40 years old and I need a hip replacement. I just went to the doc this morning. I can hold it off for a while with PT and mega-Advil, but that won't work forever. I'm pissed because I was really, really hoping this might be the year that I didn't have a major medical bill. F*ck! Also, my auxiliary cable in my car broke and I had to get a new one. It happened in the Staples parking lot, so at least I didn't have to make a special trip?

  My taxes aren't done because I need a copy of my real estate bill and proof of a $150 donation we made last year. I'm 99% sure we got a letter documenting both, but of course they're missing. I can't get the donation because the site has to authorize me and it might take 48 hours, can't get real estate because my town apparently doesn't post that online? I tried calling city hall but they aren't answering because it's 15 minutes before closing time. Just frustrated that I can't move forward and my husband is no help in getting any of this done.

  
  

  A new hip replacement sounds awful. I hope it's a quick recovery.

  Reading that sentence in my head, I was fully confused by you being pregnant with a 3 1/2 year old fetus. Clearly I need caffeine...or something.
