We submitted an offer for a house!
We submitted an offer on the nice 4 bedroom house that we've had our eye on. (The big house that is 7 years old.) Now it is a waiting game. It is a short sale so it may take some time but hopefully we will hear a decision soon! We came in at 190 with closing costs. The asking price was 200, 000. So hopefully they will accepted or just counter just a bit higher.
