Friday--where is everyone and what are you reading?
Since no one else started this today.
I'm nearly finished with the audiobook of Amanda Palmer's The Art of Asking. I love it and I am now also in love with Amanda. This makes it an awkward love triangle in that I'm also in love with her husband, and neither one of them knows me.
I'm reading How To Be a Grownup by Nicola Kraus and Emma McLaughlin (of The Nanny Diaries fame). I need to quit reading their stuff. There are always so many holes in the narrative. Not necessarily plot holes, just weird non sequiturs and all their books have that issue.
Re: Friday--where is everyone and what are you reading?
I finished Founding Brothers toward the end of last week and I loved it. I'm about to finish a biography of Nathan Hale in my car, and I've just started reading James Monroe and a Nation's Call to Greatness. Ever since DH and I booked our April trip to Philadelphia, I'm all about the American Revolution.
