ahhhh likely getting an offer!!!
So excited. Our home was listed about 1 1/2 weeks ago. We have had 9 showings and 2 of those have been second showings. And today, it seems that we are likely getting an offer. I'm excited but nervous (what will they offer??). Then that negotiating process must begin....
Just had to share.
Re: ahhhh likely getting an offer!!!
Congrats! 9 showings in less than two weeks sounds spectacular! Good luck with the offer. Hopefully it is pretty close to your list price.
General curiosity question for all. Are second showings typical for buyers? I have gone on dozens of showings. I make my decision after I have seen a house once. I've never requested to go on a second showing. Am I the oddball? That's always a possibility, lol.
Okay, thanks! Totally accept being an oddball. Not the first time I've made an assumption based on what I do, only to be surprised that most people don't do it that way, lol.
Not that I plan to sell a house anytime soon, but it is a good revelation of what to expect for when I do.
With this house that's now for sale, we did do two showings before putting in an offer.
I think also these buyers are from out of state, and only in town for the weekend. They saw 20+ homes. So it made more sense too to do 2.
I'm assuming I am similar to you, since I've been to one showing and purchased one house! GL with the offer! Hope it's a good one! Sounds like you have a lot of interest.
