Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Not really MM, but....
The HVAC guy is upstairs putting the new unit in. So happy.....:)
More efficient than the one we had, plus this one has automated dampers and a zoning board so we can control the second and third floor separately!
He also did the rough in for the unfinished room so that I can finish it off this winter.
And getting it all done for a fraction of the price since the guy is doing it on the side.

Re: Not really MM, but....
It is! It'll finally even out the temperatures between the second and third floor. Before, there was only one thermostat and it was on the second floor. So it would get cold first and the unit would shut off.
So now we can make the third floor cold when we want or not cold when we're not up there.
You're right, I was just more happy about having the unit in.
