Weekly Meal Plan 10/24/16
We missed this last week, but I like seeing what everyone is planning to get ideas. So, what's your meal plan this week?

Monday - salads with roasted sweet potatoes, sweet & spicy pecans, goat cheese, cranberries, red cabbage, and a homemade apple cider vinegar dressing
Tuesday - leftovers of rissotto, salads, or stuffed acorn squash
Wednesday - kale & chicken sausage pasta bake with salads and/or roasted veggies
Thursday - leftovers of pasta bake
Friday - homemade pizza with whatever veggies are around
Saturday - I usually go to the store saturday so haven't figured it out yet
I also roasted a bunch of potatoes to go with eggs for breakfast, made a loaf of apple nut bread, and made pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. I love fall cooking/baking.
Monday - a bag of premade salad mix and a can of chicken noodle soup; we need something quick before we go to the movies
Tuesday - chicken with rice casserole
Wednesday - leftover casserole
Thursday - hot dogs and a can of baked beans
Friday - Greek restaurant
Saturday - salad or leftovers ---something light since we will go to a party that night and snack there
I'm horrible at meal planning, but I will take a guess for this week:
Monday- Left over tuna noddle casserole
Tuesday- Taco's
Wednesday- Soup and grilled cheese
Thursday- Pasta
Friday- Hot Dogs or Hamburgers
Tuesday - Bookclub at my mom's house so DH gets leftovers and I'm having chili.
Wednesday - If we have leftovers then it will be a leftovers night. If not, then I'll make Chicken Tortellini Soup (basically creamy chicken noodle soup with tortellini and spinach added)
Thursday - Leftover soup
Friday - Leftover soup
Saturday - Crockpot Spaghetti
Sunday - Chili at my mom and dad's house.
Monday - homemade taco mac
Tuesday - no plan. Our annual HOA meeting is at 6 so we'll probably just go out after that
Wednesday - nothing set, H is going to a concert. I think I'll have pasta with pesto and chicken sausage, which is my fave thing to eat when he's not around
Thursday - asian marinated chicken drumsticks, rice, spicy snap peas.
Nothing planned beyond that.
Monday- homemade mac-n-cheese, broccoli, chicken
Tuesday- pan grilled tofu, brussels sprouts, maybe quinoa(?). Need to find a yummy sauce to make for me and DH, girls like ketchup
Wednesday- pulled chicken tacos, rice with corn,peppers
Thursday- breakfast for dinner- waffles, sausage, ham for DD#2, fruit, sweet potato fries
Friday- homemade pizza, salad, homemade pudding for dessert (girls' favorite).
Mon - frozen pizza
Tue- rotisserie chicken and cheesy broccoli
Wed - bbq pork enchiladas
Thu - shrimp boil packets
Fri - crockpot chicken with yellow rice or something with leftover rotisserie chicken
Sat - swedish meatballs and mashed potatoes
