Re: AW: New Landscaping
We spent about $1,700 last spring for the new sidewalk and extended porch and about $2,200 this spring on having someone dig new beds and install the new plants. This guy did a fantastic job and saved us about $3,000 over a local big name nursery who gave us a quote.
The weed infested brick patio is gone and in its place is a pink dogwood tree, white azaleas, lots of pale yellow day lilies, pink dianthus flowers, a dwarf lilac bush and two tall boxwood bushes on either side of the garage. It was worth every penny!
The best part is that the labor for all of this was "only" about $600, the rest was materials. For $600 more it was completely worth not having to do it all ourselves.
