I am so excited for the weather! We did luck out!
We were going to stay at the Westin since we have Starwood points, but there is a Sheraton a few miles outside Annapolis with a free shuttle into town, so we are going to stay there for 2 nights (we would have only done 1 at the Westin).
Any recs for restaurants, things to do, bars (I know you probably didnt do much bar hopping haha).

Definitely try to go to Lemongrass. It was really good, and great prices. They take reservations, but if you cant get one just get there a little early or prepare to wait. It's really small and it was crowded when we went (on a Sat).

As far as bars go - there are plenty in town. Quite a few Irish pubs. Here are some other recommendations I found online, or got from a friend:
