Coconut Shrimp, Veg, Rice
Spaghetti & Meatballs
Chicken, Green Beans, Brown Rice
Menu-Week of 03/08-03/14
Sunday: Burgers, pasta salad.
Monday- Chicken Roll-Ups with Asparagus and a side salad.
Tuesday- Tacos
Wednesday- Chicken Parm with side salad.
Thursday- Linguini w/veggies in a garlic sauce.
Friday- Tuna Melts with side salad.
Saturday- housewarming party (tons of apps/drinks/snacks)
This is our menu for the rest of the week:
Tuesday - Spaghetti, salad, Italian bread
Wednesday - Pork chops, apple sauce, green beans, baked potatoes
Thursday - Steak, wild rice, veggie, corn bread
Friday - Pizza
Saturday - Tacos
Sunday - Sweet & sour chicken with brown rice, salad
We don't have a set menu because DH is away and just pops in and out randomly but I did make Shrimp Scampi the other night and it was TASTY! It was the frozen kind too but Gordon's. It's probably one of the best scampi I've ever had.
My go to dishes are BBQ meatloaf and chicken cutlets with a starch.
