Everything is coming along wonderfully *knock on wood* on the house!
We just paid our first year's premium on the homeowner's insurance (check!)
We passed the water inspection (check)
The septic tank is being replaced by the homeowner (check)
The homeowner gave us the window measurements so we could buy blinds/curtains (check)
And there's only 1.5 months til closing!!!!!! 
Yay! Just wanted to share in my excitement!

We got our commitment letter from the bank on our loan!!! (check, check, and CHECK!)
