When Chris Brown was initially cited, it was for criminal threats only. The assault charge was tacked on at the time of filing. And bail is usually set before the DA's office files its complaint.

MH and I live right next to this. We heard the crash and walked out to see all the helicopters. We went back to bed but drove by it this morning. Now there are news vans everywhere and a memorial set up. Really sad and really pointless. Be safe. Be smart.
