QOTW: I listen to a lot of upbeat music while I work out... a lot of rap and a lot of fast rock.
I am proud that DH is starting notice that my workouts are starting to work.
Goal: To get to the gym Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (I went today also).
QOTW: What motivates you to workout while you are working out? I agree, the fast music helps a lot. Also, I think I'm more motivated when the gym is full instead of sorta empty.
Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. Went to the gym 3 times and ran at least 2.25 miles each time.
Any goals for this upcoming week? Get to the gym 3 times and run 2.5 miles each time.
QOTW: What motivates you to workout while you are working out? nothing... that is my problem, I still haven't found something that makes is motivating for me

QOTW: What motivates you to workout while you are working out? It would be the way it makes me feel all day. I get up before work to get in my workout and some days I just really don't want to do it, but than I think of how good I feel afterwards. Plus DH says he can see a difference so that makes me feel really good.
Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. I wish I had something to put here, I guess I can put in drinking 5 or more large cups of water a day at work.
Any goals for this upcoming week? I'm going to be traveling to CA for work from this coming Saturday until Wednesday so my goal would be to eat as healthy as possible while traveling. I know its hard because there aren't always the best choices, but I'm going to try to make the best choices possible.

Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. I was down again at my WW meeting so I'm proud of that! It's funny though, I've noticed that the times where I am not strict w/ tracking what I eat I tend to lose more than when I am rigorous about it.
Any goals for this upcoming week? No new goals, continue to do what I'm doing.QOTW: my biggest motivation is to be healthy, followed quickly by how good I feel after a good workout. I love that feeling. if only it would motivate me to go to they gym EVERY day!
past week: actually, not one thing. I did horribly and probably gained back my 2lb defecit. there were a couple job-related things happening (got a promotion at work, but that means more hours or different hours, yuck) and with DH's work schedule I didn't get to menu plan or go grocery shopping.
goals: kick those two pounds back off!
