We're finally doing it....
The hubs and I have decided to purchase a house. We've been back and forth about it, mostly because we weren't sure if this was where we were going to stay, but with the tax incentive and the kids finally starting public school, we've decided this is it, so I just called my realitor and my accountant and the ball is rolling. I'm excited.

Anyways - that's great news!
I had owned a town house in Alaska, my husband has never owned a home, we sold the Town House 3 years ago and then turned around and rented it from the people we sold it to. The reason being that we knew we would be moving and the buyer wanted to buy the whole complex, it worked out well for us. Well when we moved here we looked for homes for a few months and gave up, prices were through the roof and we had just moved, so we rented a little 1920's bungalo. We've been here a year and a half and have finally decided that this is where we're staying, so time to buy a house.
You just want us all to have a baby with you, don't you?
