Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Cate goes in for her CT scan tomorrow, the scan is at 2 so if you could keep her in your thoughts please.
Also, John's Grandmother isn't doing well at all so if you could send a few positive thoughts her way too! We went and saw her yesterday, I cried as soon as I saw her (they had an outbreak of the stomach flu, I couldn't risk taking Cate up there or for John or I to get it again), she was sleeping but reciting The Lords Prayer, she looks terrible, it was so upsetting. She hasn't eaten a thing in over a week, she's lost all will to go on, I've been praying for her to go "home" I feel awful for it but it's what she wants.
