So most of the time, I use Proactiv. I say most of the time because I sometimes get lazy and just buy something off the shelf in CVS. Well, when I do buy Proactiv, I generally get it at the kiosk in the Deptford Mall.
Except this time!... I ordered it online about a month ago, and then today I notice a charge on our debit card from Proactiv for $45. Apparently, when you buy one time online, they automatically sign you up for a monthly delivery - wtf?! So, ok, maybe I missed some fine print somewhere, but they told me that I'll just have to send back the shipment and my refund will be refunded in 4-6 weeks?! Oh, and the cost of shipping is not refundable.
Grrr! That made me so mad...! Ok, vent over.

I had the same thing happen to me a while ago with proactiv..i hate the automatic shipping. When I do buy it, I usually get it from amazon..just be sure it doesn't say automatic shipping.
Yea, I did cancel it from now-on. I'm still debating about what to do with the shipment that's on its way. I'll probably keep it once I get over how mad I am.
I'm also just really mad at myself for not noticing! Bleh...
