Do you guys think that some of the "regulars" that have dropped off still lurk?  What about Swizzles' DH, do you think he lurks?

    I think so because when there is a really sad/happy topic, they will post.

    I am sure they do.  They only jump in when something exciting is going on anymore.  I guess we are boring to them.

    I mostly lurk these days because I am usually too busy to post. This week I have some time off but it picks back up after that and I will be pretty busy for the next few months. I also don't post much because I don't have anything to add. The majority of the conversation is about work, kids, and being pregnant.

    yep i think most of them are still out there. if they want to say something cool, join in. if not whatever. i don't really get the point of Lurking tho...unless it's a new board. it's kinda weird to peek in on everyones conversations without the intent to join in.

    Sometimes I lurk on the bump boards but that's because they are too mean.  If you ask a simple question they attack you so I usually just wait for someone to ask my question and then let them get flamed.

    I think I am so used to this board and you ladies that it's kinda uncomfortable on the other boards at times.  I just feel at home here.

    Like others said i think were just too "normal". Nothing exciting or anything to lurk for. Like elizabeth said its one thing to go to another board like BOTB where all they do is just rip on people for fun so why even speak lol.

    In fairness, however, I think our "normalcy" is what makes us kind of boring so no one - or slowly less people - post.  Anytime something remotely dramatic comes near this board, people back off.
