i talked to my sister last night. she is feeling sooo much better! they did a catscan and nothing showed up. she had her MRI at 4:15 and she should have her results back on Weds. until then she is relaxing and trying to rest her head. she is a teacher and my mom really wanted her to stay home from work today, so i hope she did! yesterday was really scary and i was freaking out because she had some serious symptoms that resembled a mild stroke. she is only 28, so we are hoping that we are being extra cautions and she only has something simple like an inner ear infecton (like some of you ladies mentioned). i was really freaked out yesterday and i thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. you all helped calm me down! thank you! i will let you know how her MRI results come back.
Re: sister update
That is good news. You totally didn't overreact, that is a scary situation. I always like to follow the train of thought that if they did see something funky on the MRI they would get back to you right away, so in this case no news is most likely good news.

Sorry, I missed this post yesterday... How is she doing Allie? Did she go to work yesterday? Any word yet on her MRI results?
I definitely don't think you overreacted. It was a scary thing to go through. I hope they can figure out what caused her symptoms and that it ends up being something simple and non-serious. I had some of her symptoms back in Nov/Dec - fainting/passing out, headaches - and after numerous tests and Dr. visits they never did figure what caused my issues. Sucks to not have any concrete answers but the tests at least let us know that is WASN'T anything serious, which of course was comforting. At any rate, I hope all is well and update us when you can.
