Eye Dr. Recs?

I am due for an eye exam and am thinking I might as well find a new doc down here.  Any recs in the Cherry Hill, Marlton, Moorestown, Haddonfield area?  Or Center City?

 thanks!!

If you go to a doctor in Center City, I'd look into going to someone at Wills Eye Hospital.
  • On Kings Hwy headed toward 70 is Dr. Iaccaponi.  My family and I have gone to him for years and I still come up from Wildwood to go there.  They are right around Vitarelli's, but across the street.
  • On Chews Landing Road in Blackwood/Gloucester Township/Laurel Springs is Dr. James Prate.
  • I see Dr. Wong at For Eyes across from the Moorestown Mall.  I love him!!  I used to see Dr. Kinderman in Cherry Hill before and he was good as well.  I also saw a Dr. at Wills in Philly but can't recall who he was.  If I am not mistaken there is also a Wills on Rt 70 in Cherry Hill but I don't know what the capacity is as far as eye exams etc.
  • You should email and ask Liz. I'm pretty sure this is what she does for a living at her family's place.
  • I was looking for a new doc recently and wanted an opthmalogist, not an optometrist, bc my husband had an eye injury a few years back. I checked Will's Eye's website, and they have a 1-800 number you can call for recommendations. DH and I are seeing Dr. Sydney Tyson (offices in Vineland, Blackwood, etc.) next week!

eb629 - I go to Dr. Tyson's office in Blackwood and he's great.  I am probably going to switch because their hours aren't the most convenient (at that office anyway) but he is wonderful!

  • Brite Eyes is on Rt 73 in Marlton, the shopping center across from The Promenade.
  • I go to Dr. Gubman at Gubman Eye Associates at Sheppard Office Park on Centennial Boulevard in Voorhees. Him and his staff are great. Last year I wanted to get contacts before the wedding but had a tough time getting them in. They all were very helpful and supportive even though it took multiple appointments before I got the hang of it.

You can register as a patient and make an appointment online. http://www.gubmaneye.com

I'm pretty sure it's pronounced your mom's a moron and if you didn't have your name legally changed by the age of 22, so are you. Unless you're from another continent. -Groomz
