How is everyone this fine Thursday morning?
I suck, I think I have Shingles again, for the third time, who the heck does this happen to? 10% of people get it more than once, me 3 times, so I'm off to the dentist now for my permenant crowns, then I'm off to the Doctors to see if this is what I think it is.
Re: Good Morning
'Morning. I have no idea how I'm going to get through today and tomorrow (I really don't have THAT much work to keep me occupied!)
I got somewhat better sleep last night, which is good, because I haven't been sleeping well. But my knees are sore today.
good morning girls, I took something to help me sleep last night because i have been having sleeping issues and I feel like it is still in my system. I feel very sluggish and exhausted still. I hope I can make it to the gym later because I really need to go. I couldn't get up to go this morning so I really need to go tonight! Plus MH and I got in a fight this mornign so that started the day off crappy, and i accidentally called 911 this morning. That is how my day is going so far!
Caro- I hope you feel better.
Good morning! I'm doing better now that I finally got my breakfast in me
Caro I hope you don't have Shingles again! MH's grandpa and aunt get Shingles like once every other year or so. And good luck at the dentist!
Ugh - what a crappy start to your day! I hope it improves!
If you don't mind me asking, what did you take? (Like OTC?) I've found certain sleep aids make me drowsy the next day, but Advil PM is the only one that really hasn't. Of course, maybe that's because it's not as strong? I've never looked at the dosage.
