I have a friend and she wants to walkthefuck out of her office. She's so over it this week and last.
It's too bad the economy is in the dump otherwise I'd tell her to take a few months of a leave of absence.
Re: Walking out on your job
If i didn't know any better, I would say your friend is me. : /
But with the rate things are going, I might be gone sooner rather than later. And I would rather collect UE if that's my decision.

Wow Dipite I'm sorry - sounds like there have been updates? I missed that.
Yeah right now just sucks. I like my job on the whole but I know I'm off when I have craploads of work to do but absolutely zero motivation to do it. I've lost that spark. It's pretty sad.
This means I need a vacation.
But I need money.
It is a paradox.
I concur!
We always have a good time.
I decently like working, but I am just burned thefuckout right now.
I am exhausted, too.
I have trial on April 13.
I am first-chairing.
Yikes.
You should come watch and make fun of me.
?
That would cheer you up.

I think I am your friend. I actually came up with a plan of quitting and then someone who has been looking very hard for a job could have mine and then essentially I would be a hero to someone. However this conflicts with my shopping to rebuild the economy plan.
major
to you all.
but not having a job sucks even more.
this!
Your friend is way too practical to walk out. ?She loves money and all the things it buys too much. ?Hang in there!
Oh, and tell your friend I'm at my heaviest weight ever, that will be sure to raise her spirits. ?
I walked out of a job once and never looked back, of course I had fewer responsibilities then so I got away with it.
When all else fails, channel the "weekend warrior" from within, or just start making the drinks stronger.

Honestly what keeps me from walking out is the fear that I won't find anything as good for a long time. It's happened before so I know from experience how taxing it can be to be looking for work.
I tried to calendar a vacation and I have no open weeks until the last 2 weeks of May.
