I have no shame
So I really really really want to get on Ellen's mother's day show, and I still havent gotten called. 
TONS of girls have been posting on the 2nd tri boards saying they got called, and some have even said that they are on the "stand by" list because all the tickets have already been given out. 
I'm starting to lose hope that I'll get a phone call.
So today... in my computer class... I asked my students (if they wanted) to write to Ellen for me. 
Yea, I have no shame.

hey, you do what you gotta do. i hope it works - ellen gives some fantastic stuff out on that show. i tried to get on the '07 show, but of course i wasn't a first-time mom. poo.

This - it's crazy to see how many out-of-state girls are getting tickets, but another SoCal girl pointed out perhaps that they're going to try to fill in spots the closer it gets to May 7th with locals (since I'm assuming not everyone is going to be able to drop $$$ to fly & stay out here).
