So, I think I might have a mild concussion...
seriously...
I was sitting on the floor a week ago, cleaning out a bookcase. I stood up and the mantle was right above me....smack! I hit my head pretty hard on the corner of the mantle...gesh...why did I have to be so darn clumsy? So, now it's been a week and my head still hurts! I just have a "cloudy" feeling if that makes sense...sort of like when you're getting a cold....and a headache that won't go away! Anyone else had a concussion? I broke down and finally called the Dr. today...I've got a doctor's appt. scheduled for tomorrow...ugh.
I can hear my Dad now..."Well, if I had a head that looked like yours it would hurt too" LOL. That's what he always says when someone has a headache.

Definitely get it checked out..I don't want to scare you, but sometimes you can get bleeding in the brain if you hit your head hard enough and you won't know it until it's a problem.
I agree. I've had one before from a car accident, but it was pretty mild. I went to the ER and after a few days my "fog" and pain went away. If it's been a week and you're still not feeling right, you should get an x-ray. I hope you feel better and get some good news tomorrow!
